1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Please allow two business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Due to Covid-19 shipping can take 4-7 business days. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. 

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days depending on your location

All packages are shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on your region.

2. When can I expect my tracking number start to update?

Shipping activity will be available 24 hours after you have received your tracking number via email on the first business day after your order has been placed. Please check your spam/junk mail for your tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 days after placing your order please contact Customer Service during business hours (910) 617-3161.

3. May I make changes to my order?

Yes, please contact customer service during business hours within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes. Changes in your order may result in a delay of shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. May I return my order?

All sales are FINAL on our orders. We DO NOT offer returns. Unopened hair may be exchanged, thats the only exception.
